The world changed. Companies didn't. You were trained to be well-rounded — a generalist who fits the org chart, follows the process, and waits for stability. But stability isn't coming back.
The Power Worker isn't the most experienced person in the room. They're the most adaptable, the most AI-literate, and the hardest to replace. This Build Your AI Toolkit workshop gives you a concrete plan to become one — starting today.
What you'll learn
- AI Realities: A clear-eyed look at what generative AI can and cannot do today.
- Universal Prompting: Core techniques—like looping and context building—that work across all major models.
- Actionable Templates: Real-world examples you can copy, tweak, and use immediately.
- Video Walkthroughs: Step-by-step guides on applying these workflows to the 4 main AI platforms.
Walk away with your Fundamental AI Toolkit — the core AI fluencies every Power Worker needs in 2026, with hands-on practice you can use Monday morning.

Newstate University is the nation's first AI-founded, AI-focused university, female‑founded and built to ensure women and working adults aren’t left behind in the AI revolution 🚀. Created by higher‑education leaders with more than 90 years of collective experience, we designed Newstate for one purpose: to give driven, college‑ready learners the practical, future‑forward skills that translate directly into career opportunity. Our programs teach the applied AI and business capabilities employers are demanding right now, delivered through fully online certificates and degrees that fit real life 💻.
To make this possible, we rebuilt the traditional college model from the ground up. Our radically affordable $300‑a‑month subscription, debt‑free by design, lets you apply, get admitted, and start your first class the same day ⚡. Every course is competency‑based and structurally stackable—short‑form learning rolls into certificates, and certificates roll into Associate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees in high‑demand fields. At Newstate U, you’re not just earning a credential; you’re securing your place on the right side of the AI economy 🌟📘
